COVID-19 Protocols and Safety Guidelines

To ensure the health & safety of everyone, please do not come to class if you are not feeling well. Upon arrival, you will need to take the COVID-19 checklist.

Class Protocol:

1. Wear your mask while entering the building and setting up your mat. Once the practice begins, you have the option to remove your mask. Please wear your mask to roll up your mat and continue wearing it while leaving the building.
2. Sanitize your hands before entering the studio space and consider bringing your own hand sanitizer and wipes. 
3. Please bring your own clean, sanitized mat & water bottle to class. No props will be available, so if you plan to bring props, please make sure they are clean and sanitized before every class. 
4. Studio doors will remain closed until 10 minutes before class. Please leave space promptly and conversations can continue outside. 
5. Try to avoid bringing unnecessary items into the building/practice space. 
6. Remain 6 feet from other people in the space. 
7. Mat places will be marked with tape so they can be properly spaced 6 ft from each other for adequate spacing.
